This time I'm pleased to be playing something similar to the style of Michael Romeo from Symphony X (highly recommended listening).

Sweeping is one of the coolest shred trick to play crazy solos that sound "WOW!". When you get it down and combine with other techniques you'll be able to play really crazy solos that will sound like: "How the hell did he do that?!". When i first met this technique and heard Michael Angelo Batio sweeping I told myself: "There is no way i will ever be able to do that!".
